The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from downtown Guadalajara, allowing me to easily explore the city's historic sites and restaurants at my own pace. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a buffet breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options to start my day right.

The only downside was the slow service, which occasionally caused delays in getting some amenities.

It has an excellent location, everything was relatively close and there is a lot to tour around. hotel is nice, staff is very friendly and food is good.

They couldn't give us the room we originally booked (with a balcony, bathtub and a king-size bed, since we were going on our honeymoon). we checked in they sent us to the room and that's where I was disappointed when I saw that the room was very small, it didn't have a balcony or a bathtub, king bed. I immediately made the claim, since I paid for a "superior" room (that's what the reservation says) and it seemed unfair that without telling us anything, they gave us a room that wasn't worth what I paid for. At the beginning the girl who attended us only limited herself to tell us that there were no rooms available with the characteristics that I mentioned that I had reserved; basically she told me "that's why it's not advisable to make reservations through internet pages, because they don't add those notes" with which she gave me very little hope that they could change me to a room like the one I reserved. about some refund or bonus, subject was not touched at all. We decided to go out to dinner and during the dinner I came to the conclusion that I was going to ask for a bonus to the price, as it was not the room I had booked and paid for. However, we returned to the hotel and asked, we were told that a room with a balcony and bathtub was ready, only that instead of a king size bed, it would be two queen size beds. Although we slept more together than expected, we slept well and enjoyed our stay. Everything in general was good, that detail with the room ended up being a "sin minute".

ALL THE FOOD AT THE BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT

2 THINGS. THE FIRST ONE - WHEN I ARRIVED, I DON'T REALLY KNOW WHO TO BLAME, SINCE THE HOTEL CLAIMED THAT THE FAULT WAS THE PAGE WHERE I MADE THE RESERVATION. IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY GAVE ME A ROOM WITH 2 BEDS, WHICH ALSO LOOKED DEPRESSING BECAUSE ALL THE FURNITURE LOOKED VERY OLD. I CHOSE A ROOM WITH A KING SIZE BED, FLAT SCREEN, ETC. THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS WHAT THE WEBSITE REQUESTED FROM THE HOTEL, THAT IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE MY ROOM OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO STAY IN THAT ROOM BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WHAT I CHOSE. THEY CHANGED ME TO THE ONLY ONE THEY COULD GIVE ME WITHOUT INCREASING THE PRICE, IT WAS A DOUBLE BED, A BIT NICER BUT WITH AN ANALOGOUS TV THAT SOMETIMES DIDN'T WORK. THE SECOND ONE - MY PARTNER AND I TRAVELED TO TAKE A FEW DAYS OF REST WHICH WE COULD NOT DO AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE NOISE OF THE MUSIC IN THE BAR, IT SEEMED THAT OUR BED WAS NEXT TO THE MUSIC GROUP, UNTIL VERY LATE IN THE MORNING THE MUSIC RESOUNDED IN OUR EARS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP, WE COULD LISTEN TO THE TALKS, THE HEALTH AND EVEN THE CLINKING OF GLASSES. THOSE TWO NIGHTS WITHOUT SLEEP WERE TERRIBLE. I DON'T KNOW IF THAT HAPPENS ONLY IN THAT ROOM OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME IN ANOTHER, BUT I DON'T THINK I'LL FIND OUT. I DON'T THINK I WOULD EVER STAY THERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE LATTER SITUATION.

I loved how this hotel was located near Plaza del Sol, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room amenities like the in-room safe and air conditioning made my stay comfortable. The on-site car park made it easy to travel by car.

I would recommend staying at this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location couldn't have been more perfect - it was so close to all the historic sites in the center. I loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the city easily. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities like the air conditioning and in-room safe. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic - so many delicious options to choose from. I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
